| Like many I am an amatuer at home chef and have developed a desire to improve my skills while still employed. I have no desire to start a business, in fact my grandfather made me promise not to while I lived with him, but I am very relaxed while and after cooking. I would like a source where I can ask questions and I think this might be it. Wayne |
