| Hi everyone! I'm a recent college grad from Ohio but I'm currently living abroad in Madrid. My roommates (two other Americans) and I cook at home almost every night, but we've faced some new challenges since we are dealing with different ingredients, appliances, etc. I'm hoping this forum will be a good place to come for questions and ideas! | Kate, welcome to ChefTalk!! Madrid, huh? Sounds like a great adventure. I just finished watching one of Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Disasters" (?) shows, filmed in Madrid. Looks like some fantastic ingredients with which to work. And I have traveled to Ohio many, many times... so I know you are really going through shock! Please keep us posted on your adventures.
