Hi, My name is Diane. I specialize in the confectionery arts, mainly, cake creations. I belong to ICES which is, "The International Cake Exploration Societe'" I am new here, so this all seems quite unfamiliar. I do welcome you as you are the first person I am writing to. What are your specialities?

Diane, you are also most welcome. You'll enjoy the pastry forums most, I"m sure, but please have a look at all the forums, the articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and the photo gallery- which has many pastry items to view.
