Great Site! Just getting back into the business after a 10 year hiatus.
Will be creating outrageous sculpted cakes in the South Florida area for dicriminating clientele.

Need to catch up on latest trends and was already able to find a great pulled sugar course in Orlando by using this site. Will be looking forward to posting some of my creations and looking forward to feedback from other pros.

For years I was the Head Baker at Andalusia Bake Shops in Miami and also ran the bakery operations for the famous Epicure Market in Miami Beach. I have been behind a desk for 9 years and am looking forward to being creative again and putting smiles on people's faces.
