Default Saying Hi from Guangzhou, China

Hi Everyone. I am really happy with this forum and it has really helped me a lot way before I registered. I have been running a small factory in Guangzhou, China making bagels, pizza, pasta, subs and everything else from my home town area in New Jersey. Around a year ago we opened our first Dine-in restaurant. Having this forum is great especially for an American in China with little or no networking available. Keep up the good work..

Ni How (or however you spell it in English)! We're glad you found us too. I'd be interested to know how the items go over with the locals.

I believe we do have some Chef Talk members from your part of the world, but I'm not sure of their locations. In any case, you can communicate with people from all over the world here, and you never know who's going to show up!

We hope you enjoy the professional baking and pastry forum, and that you share what you've learned with all of us.
