| Hi all just joined i have been cooking for the last 22 years and still love it I have worked in little 30 seater byo to 5star hotel's I do prefer the 30-50 sitter resturants more intimate etc and really focus on the food .i have joined this mainly to converse with people all over the world about different types of food especiall in the different cultures of the world but with with the real traditional way of producing so would love to here from anyone with interesting stories related to the topic i have said cheers ! ![]() |

| thanks i love all cuisines i like to mix it all up i love to cook with fresh ingredients but anything that is different etc but love to cook the classical dishes as well but i do love the herb tarragan ![]() |
