Hi all, thought I'd introduce myself
I'm Leanne, 19, I joined up for advice about knives but my curiosity got the better of me and I've already been having a mooch around the forums (especially the beverages section ).
I'm not much use in the kitchen - evidence of that this morning: I sliced into my finger and almost fainted whilst cutting a parsnip. I try to stay away from anything too complicated, as I tend to get a bit of a temper when things don't go my way in the kitchen. My boyfriend, however, loves cooking as a bit of a hobby (suits me fine! ), loves trying out new recipes and he's the real reason I joined and I'll be recommending this site to him, but hopefully these forums will teach me a thing or two aswell (she says!).
