I accidentally found the forum thru some random Google search on knives ... boy, was I surprised!

My name is Kathy. I'm a brand new culinary arts student and live near Fort Worth, Texas. I'm really anxious to read everything here because from what I've seen so far, I can get a TON of info. You guys are the real deal!

Currently I'm employed in the exciting world of software engineering (woohoo!) and looking to leave it far behind someday. My kids are grown and gone, and so I'm ready to make a change.
