What's up everybody? I am new here, and new to the world of culinary in general. I have always been interested in cooking, but this is the first year I've been able to really get into it.

I say this because this year I was able to start my Culinary Arts I class at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center, which has one the best programs in this area. I am pretty much blessed to get this extra boost in highschool for my (hopefully) future career in this feild.

Well anyway, I just wanted to make myself known and I'm looking forward to posting here!

While some of your questions will be unique to you, it's worth using the search tool here to look for earlier threads on topics of interest to you which we may have covered in the past.

Thanks for the kind welcome, i also frequent a unicycle forum, so i know how it is to see the new guys spam the boards with repetitive question already answered 4 billion times.
It's a vBulletin too, so luckily i can find my way around here easily enough.
