| Have worked in amill for 35 years started a BBQ catering business 6 yrs. ago. Have lost interest in catering and now helping a friend expand a restaurant. I will keep my mill job till the end(which could be soon) and hopefully fall back on my cooking experience to make ends meet. Have many questions for the knowledgeable people of these great forums. Thank You, WallyB. |

| Hello WallyB and welcome! I think you'll find this place will answer your needs for information and also for fun discussions related to food. We have some BBQ experts here too, so you might want to use the search tool to help you zero in on those earlier conversations. Have a look around and enjoy being part of the best food-lovers community on the web! Regards, Mezzaluna
