 Chef Dan Hello, I am Chef Dan from KitchenUniversity.net I was a culinary instructor for the past 11 years and I found kitchen university to continue teaching, but doing so on line. The kitchen university online store helps fund my kitchen university newsletter and the cilinary website. I joined chef talk so I could find out more what interests anyone about the culinary arts, so I may help answer questions and possibly find good ideas for my newsletter. Chef Dan  |

 Welcome, Chef Dan. I think you'll find this community will satisfy those goals you have: teaching and sharing. We have a few culinary instructors here, too, so you have a bit of a cadre to connect with.
