| Thanks, Nicko for the welcome. Chef Talk has helped me in the past. I will soon be moving into a very upacale retirement complex/facility now opening in Issaquah, WA. I will be on the Food and Beverage Committee under its Director. I will be looking for B,L,D menu ideas for the associated dining room/restaurant. jayk |
