Hi Kardon- welcome! What are your culinary interests? How did you get started cooking? What factors have influenced you- other home cooks, travel, ???

We hope you visit often and enjoy being part of the community. Enjoy!

I like cooking French and Italian,I have some Demi glace simmering as we speak and always loved cooking.

Food is good how can one not want to learn how to make it?

My Mother and Grandmother got me into cooking as a child, from there just learned as much as I could and out of highschool joined the Atlantic Culinary Academy.I didn't finish schooling and was glad that i did.I enjoy cooking and thought I might ruin that by taking it as a profession and learned that I wouldn't have the typical life I wanted..Weekends and holidays off and so on.
