 Hello from Michigan Hello Everyone Just found this site and am THRILLED  I LOVE cooking and experimenting with new recipes and kitchen gadgets. I am famous (well, in my small world anyway) for taking the simplest recipe and making it fabulous. I have a Chocolate Banana Walnut Cherry Choc. Chip Bread that friends and family line up for. I learned to cook from my Granny who is VERY southern and also being the eldest of 7 children of working class parents. It took a lot of creativity to feed that many mouths on very few dollars. I SO look forward to visiting and sharing on this site.      |

 Hello Tina, and thank you for introducing yourself. I love gadgets too! You can search the kitchen equipment forum here for earlier discussions on equipment and gadgets. What I think you'll like about Chef Talk is the range of resources, no matter your culinary intests or level of expertise. I'm also a home cook; I've learned so much by being part of this community!
