I've been working in the television industry for the past 25 years on the creative production side of things. My love for food, ideas for business and making people happy make me want to go back to school and learn from the best in the business. Now I'm hunting for the best culinary schools to learn how a chef mind works and how a professional kitchen operates. Local, seasonal produce and ingredients excite me. I'm thinking The Cordon Bleu in Ottawa.
