*insert clever title here* ~_^ Hi there! My name is Meg, but some of my friends like to call me Riku. I'm a senior in high school and I've been cooking since I was hold enough to hold a pan by myself (a very proud moment). My mom was doing some research on a culinary school I had wanted to go to, and found this site, and recommended me.
I love to exchange recipes and ideas, but my main focus on this forum is to find out which culinary school in california (hopefully in San Francisco), is right for me. I've looking into the California Culinary Academy, but found out that it has a bad reputation. Then, I turned to the Art Institute, but my father doesn't see how it can cost $70,000 for only two years.
My goal is to find a good culinary school that focuses on teaching students the culinary arts, instead of making money. I hope everyone here will be able to give me advice on some good schools. Thank you very much! |
