Anyhow, I just wanted to say hi to the community. I am starting my first semester of Culinary school this summer with any luck and I wanted to know some stuff about the industry as well as what to expect at school.

I have always been a great student, and cooking is really what I want to do, I feel its my passion even if my family doesnt support my decision


and tips or words of confidence are appreciated.
