Hola, a little Spanish lingo, greetings from west Texas, southern New Mexico, and northern Mexico. How ya'll is (remember where that came from)? Here like the rest of ya'll, a foody that is interested in well what else, FOOD! Fortunately, have traveled and lived in many places so frame of reference is beyond just this region. But, you can't knock the northern Mexican food here, certainly one of the best that is emulated any where else in the states. Looking forward to exchange, ciao, lido.
