| Looking forward to exploring the site, I love the gardemanger pics already! I'm a lifer (banging pans for 40 years), Executive Chef in San Ramon, California, looking to share and learn. Nothing about food bores me (I'm astounded everytime the water boils!), but these days I'm pouring my energy into Sous Vide. Love food photography, too, I do a lot of digital, and I worked at Caesars Palace in Vegas, so I'm well rounded (more pear shaped, actually). But enough about me, let's talk about me! Norm |
