[Mapiva]

Hi I'm Mapiva,
New to Cheftalk, not new to cooking. I cook at home and spend a lot of free time watching great chefs on tv and learning from them. My favorites are Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey, and Mario Batali.

I'm from Greece originally so my style of cooking is predominantly greek/mediterranean and I have a great interest in french cooking although little experience.
