 Hello to All! Hi everyone, After 30 years as an accountant, controller, office manager, I am "setting sail" and transitioning to a new career. Since I haven't cooked professionally, will be taking courses to improve my skills, with the intention of becoming a Personal Chef. This website is fascinating - I'm really getting alot of info from it!
