Default Hello from Oklahoma

I hope my intentions here are considered acceptable to the masses.

I am the manager of a restaurant supply store which is owned by my family. I have no professional experience with cooking, so I'm trying to gain knowledge and information from the experts to help me in my career and help grow the store.

Please understand, I am NOT here to advertize my store and I will not include the name of the business in any of my posts (the info is in my profile if someone whishes to look). I will not be pushing items or giving prices. If someone wants that information, they can email me, but I will not be posting it anywhere on the boards or sending unsolicited emails.

I am simply here to listen, learn, and ask some advice.

We have a forum that's specifically for posting questions and comments about cooking equipment. I think you'll find some interesting discussions there! We do have a search tool to help you find specific threads; it saves a lot of time.
