| Hi Dan and welcome to Chef Talk. I can see how owning a smoker (and knowing how to use it) can draw crowds to your back yard. I know a restaurant owner nearby who's on the competition BBQ circuit. I think he competes mostly in the Midwest. Do you have other food-related interests? Are there local ingredients and recipes you enjoy cooking?
