Default Hello everyone

My wife has been telling for a while to join a forum ...so finally gave in and did. So I' am looking forward to dishing out the shop talk and chatting with some people that have a feel of our lives. We are a certain breed and I hope to meet a few more that I can relate to. I guess just to break the ice I can say I have been cooking professionally for quite a long time now and have done just about a little of everything. I currently work at a 4 diamond place here in Florida and **** we are just starting the kick off for our busy season. My wife and I have 2 little girls ..5 and 3 ..and 5 dogs..lmao ..Anyways horrid at this type of stuff ..so hello and ty for letting me ramble a bit ...lol

Thanks for the intro, psyco6stringer. You're right about having plenty of people to talk with about the world you live in: a professional kitchen. There are several forums that are just for pros; I hope you check them out. (While home cooks like me can read them, we are asked to leave the posting there to the pros.) We have a good search tool so you can see if a topic you're interested in has been brought up in the past.

Don't miss the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, blogs and the photo gallery and the rest of the forums. We home cooks look to you pros for feedback and advice, so please don't be a stranger.
