I like to bake mostly pies, mufffins and cookies. I do different breads and cakes as well. I try to bake with the seasons in mind. For Spring I like to bake blueberry and Boston Creme pies. Carrot Cake. Spring cookes-butter ones with Spring shapes. Lots of fun. Whole wheat bread. Where I live in Southern California it gets too hot to do a lot of baking in the summer time.
