Glad i found you! Here i was wandering the internet looking for a recipe for nougatine glace and ended up discovering this wonderful community of chefs and cooks! I am a working mom who has always cooked "from scratch" and also enjoys eatig other people's creations as in restaurants! I love to experiment in the kitchen and in eating out. After raising 7 kids[its a blended family] and taking care of my elderly parents who lived with us i was basically running a 24 hour diner and i had become the short order cook. But I still didn't resort to hotdogs and macaroni from a box! So. Now we are down to 15 year old twins and there are just 4 of us. One daughter wants to go to culinary school and I am sure she will enjoy this site as well as learn from it. Thanks to all you busy chefs for taking your time to guiding us at home!
