| Hi everyone. My name is David and I wandered into this forum while researching for a demonstration I will be giving about herbs in a few days. I graduated culinary school 23 years ago and I am now a trainer and I give classes for a well known culinary store. I have kinda fallen out of the culinary world but I am now finding my passion again and I am considering go back to school for a refresher course. I am happy to be here and look forward to getting your help. |

| Welcome to the community, David. We have a good contingent of culinary instructors here, as well as a huge number of knowledgeable professionals and home cooks. I hope you'll take a stroll around the site and avail yourself of the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, blogs and the photo gallery. I'm sure you'll fine the best forum to post your questions. Several of our moderators are also culinary instructors (Jim, Cape Chef, MBrown come to mind) just in case the time is pressing.
