I thought we are suppose to introduce ourselves and talk about our favorite food rather then culinary Anyway, I"m new here, just join today and trying to see whether this will the forum to hang out.

I have too many favorite foods, if you really want me to pick one ... I would say chicken rice. And second will be steak, I have one of the best steak in Madison sometime ago and I'm still missing it.

Well, i work with Philly Cream Cheese. I started using some of the recipe ideas off of the website. I made my wife a peanut butter, chocolate chip cheesecake with an oreo crust with the cheesecake recipe planner.
