 Little Old Me
Hello, heres a little introduction while I munch on some biscuits and drink tea! Having been chased around my parents warm and welcoming kitchen from the age I could crawl, armed with a bowl and wooden spoon (I am not even remotely musical although as a child I had my moments!) with flour on my face and pancake batter all over the cat I have always felt a great affinitey with kitchens and get a great sense of pleasure when standing at a stove. None of my immediate family cook as a profession (needless to say they have been my inspiration, and it is not for lack of talent!) and I am hoping to be the first. Although I am currenlty studying for a science degree I spend my summers in and around professional kitchens working and learning all the time. I hope to use the experience I am gaining in the future to make this my full time career.
The kettle has just been boiled again... bye!
