 Fulfilling my dream! Nice to meet all of you! My name is Jim and I am a 40 year old father of 4. I will be fulfilling my dream of being a Chef in about a year and a half...my wife is going to go through first! We will be attending the new Le Cordon Bleu school in Dallas, TX. Our goal is to open our own place in about 5 years- me handling mostly the business end and she handling mostly the cooking--(she can't keep me totally out of the kitchen!). Looking forward to reading your posts and replying wherever I can be useful. Hope to utilize this forum to maintain all of our motivation in the field we chose and love!  |
