| Hi guys, my name is Shey and I am a home cook. I love to cook international foods. I am thinking about going to school but have lots of questions so that's why I'm here. Please be patient with me as I am just learning the ropes. ![]() |

| Howdy back at you, Shey! Plenty of us are home cooks here, and we find help and advice but also confirmation of what we know about food and cooking. You're going to love it here! What dishes do you like to cook? Have a look around the site and enjoy all the features we have to inform and surprise you. We'll look forward to our participation here. Regards, Mezzaluna

| The more exotic and flavorful the better, heh today I learned how to make Palak Paneer (spinach and cheese), which is an Indian dish. I love Indian food but because most dishes have so many spices and I hate to buy the ready made stuff it's a bit time consuming. But generally spicy foods are my favorite so Indian, Mexican, Thai, etc. I started a thread in the Culinary Student section named "What type of Degree/School do I choose?" sorry I can't post a link but I don't have enough posts yet. If you come across it and have some advice, I'd highly appreciate it. Glad to be here. ![]() |
