| | Thanks for all the warm welcomes
I'm just afraid that I'll be so busy reading all the interesting and informative threads in these forums that I won't even have time to post anything

| | | Hello, I am logging in for the first time and already I have found some common ground.
I have just completed the Indian section of an advanced cookery skills course, fantastic food.
One suggestion I would like to make, when experimenting with recipes write it down as you do it, dont rely on memory, or your will probably forget some thing important.
regards

| Welcome from one "newbie" to another
That is an excellent suggestion (make notes as you do it)...I always try to tell myself I need to write things down when I experiment or tweak a recipe, but by the time I'm done I've completely forgotten all the little things I did
