No Smile I'm new & just checking in

Hi! Just checking in because I'm new here. I have a newly-discovered love in my life (past few years)...cooking I love to experiment, try new recipes, come up with my own recipes...And most recently have found I love Indian and Thai cuisine.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes

I'm just afraid that I'll be so busy reading all the interesting and informative threads in these forums that I won't even have time to post anything

Hello, I am logging in for the first time and already I have found some common ground.
I have just completed the Indian section of an advanced cookery skills course, fantastic food.

One suggestion I would like to make, when experimenting with recipes write it down as you do it, dont rely on memory, or your will probably forget some thing important.

regards

BigMal

Hi Bigmal and welcome to Cheftalk!

You could start a topic telling us what you learned in the Indian section of your advanced cookery skills course!

Looking forward to read your posts.

Welcome from one "newbie" to another

That is an excellent suggestion (make notes as you do it)...I always try to tell myself I need to write things down when I experiment or tweak a recipe, but by the time I'm done I've completely forgotten all the little things I did
