Default Hello Folks

This site looks great. Im a culinary school graduate and worked in some restaurants in the bay area. I had to stop cooking cause I couldnt pay my student loans on entry level kitchen pay but, thats a whole other story. I love food wine and life and look foward to being a productive member of this community.
