 Professional Stove Evaluations My wife and I are remodeling the kitchen in our century-old farmhouse and plan to replace our stove. We were thinking of getting a "professional" stove, probably 36", 6-burner, gas cooktop with a large, self-cleaning, electric convection oven/broiler. We're looking at models from: Heartland, Dacor, and Thermador. Do you have any comments on these stoves? | Nello, First of all, welcome to Chef Talk! Next, try posting your question in the equipment forum. Also do a search on stoves to see if older posts have any information you can use. I think www.epinions.com may be of use to you as well. Good Luck!
