Welcome Showringchef. Tell us about your resort. You aren't by any chance lucky enough to be out in the Rockies are you?
Cheers from sleepy old Kingston.

Welcome, ShowringChef! We'll look forward to your posts. We loved Banff and Lake Louise when we visited a few years ago. ("Showring" makes me think of horse shows, so I'm going to guess you're from Calgary.) What kinds of cooking do you do?

Hi everyone!
Linda! I went to school in Belleville ON - Loyalist College in the Hospitality course!
And Mezzuna...I didn't think anyone would even get my name! hehehe...I actually own a farm with my sisters, not horses but beef cattle and we show them at all major fairs!
Thanks everyone!

Small world Showring. So tell us all how you cook your steaks. You would appear to have a ready supply....
