Hello and welcome!

I hope you can tell me how to make Big Island seared ahi tuna, and poki I know some Hawaiian classics, such as medium-grain rice with fried eggs and shoyu. Laulau is something I wish I could make here on the mainland.

Aloha, Paz and welcome to the community. We hope you enjoy the forums as well as the other great content here: cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes, blogs and the photo gallery.

We have more Hawaiians here, too, and our members come from all over the world. It's the best place on the Internet to connect with knowledgeable and passionate professionals and home cooks!

Enjoy it all--
Regards,
Mezzaluna
