| Just would like to introduce my self. I am currently a student at the Maui Culinary Academy of Maui Community College. | Hello and welcome! I hope you can tell me how to make Big Island seared ahi tuna, and poki I know some Hawaiian classics, such as medium-grain rice with fried eggs and shoyu. Laulau is something I wish I could make here on the mainland.
