 Hello from Hawaii Just would like to introduce my self. I am currently a student at the Maui Culinary Academy of Maui Community College. Im currently a line cook at Longhi's Wailea and plan to move into the Four Season's bake shop for a few months. I look forward to sharing information with you all. Thanks and Aloha       |

| Hello and welcome! I hope you can tell me how to make Big Island seared ahi tuna, and poki I know some Hawaiian classics, such as medium-grain rice with fried eggs and shoyu. Laulau is something I wish I could make here on the mainland.
