| Hi all, Just the site I've been looking for and plan on participating in many of the discussions. I've been in the industry for 18 years now working my way up from pot washer to executive Chef of a Private golf club. I have just recently took interest in Molecular Gastronomy and have been spending my free time learning this direction of the culinary world.
