Chef Tim Owen

I am trying to locate a chef by the name of Tim Owen. Years ago he was the chef at the Granville's Restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel. I just made one of the recipes that he'd given me and it was wonderful as always. I'm curious to know how he is and where he is living.
