Hello...any other chocolatiers there?

Greetings to all,

I'm a retired physician who works as a part-time chocolatier in a local upscale restaurant. Along with occasional assistance from my wonderful wife, I produce candy and pettifours for gourmandise and occasional sale in boxes.

• Is there a special location for chocolate questions on this site?
  
  Is there anyone else out there who has a special interest with small chocolates?

I really enjoy making chocolate, candies and petits fours, the smaller the better. I'm always looking for excuses to make some, my friends and family loves it since I always give away what I make.
