Need HELP on Research Paper!

Hello I have to do a research paper for Sullivan University in my culinary class. I have to interview an executive chef that works at a restraunt with at least 5 years experience about what qualities they look for to meet their criterion when they are finding someone for a job position as a chef.
What is the starting pay?
What benefits are available?
