 Bigmal, whats "whole garam marsala" from your recipe? If marsala is a mixture of seasoning I don't follow what a whole one is or means?

| hi everyone, i am an indian cook too..........i love to cook and create new disshes.........in answer to the question what is whole garam masala............it is.......garam masala is a mixture of certain spices like coriander, cummin, fenugreek, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon,mace, caraway, nutmeg, dry ginger, cardamom seeds........now if you say whole garam masal....it means all these ingredients not grinded together ( in the normal masala these are grinded together ).......whole masala means adding these individual ingriedents to the dish......i hope i answered ur question............ welcome to the board bigmal......  |

 Salutations all, My apologies, I have been busy, busy , a most in this industry are. A little note for Kimmie, I have tried yout Poori recipe and found it quite ok, as you suggest just keep trying, it will come in time. regards for now Smuiling on the inside Bigmal |
