Good to hear from you again, LanceLink! Somehow, I managed to dodge out of inventory this month ( our lead cook wanted off the 1st and 2nd; in exchange, the chef had him do it). Good luck to you in your upcoming endeavour!

I'm at a new upscale golf course (Legends), not Mystic Lake. I did interview there some years ago with the executive sous of the time; don't think either of us liked the other.
