Hello, I am so glad I found this site! I have been spending so much time browsing, I have neglected my work, which is at the moment writting a cookbook! Looking forward to knowing you all.

Well,in a nut shell. Health food that my four year old son and would rather eat everything fried husband will actually eat!!!! A wide variety of recipes that concentrate on eating home cooked healthy meals as opposed to fast food and frozen everything!

Welcome! It's very exciting to have you on board. I must have a million questions for you. I always thought it must be great to write a cookbook. I'm putting together my own personal 'encyclopedia' of food (that's an overstatement! It's just a way to collect and organise the abundance of info I get everyday). I think a cookbook must be more difficult to finalise than any other type of book. Good luck and keep us abreast of your progress!

Thanks for the warm welcome!!! I am 87 recipes into the book as of this evening when I made an incrediable chicken dish that I think looks so lovey I wish I could hang it on my wall!! My husband had to force me to put it into the fridge for the night as I wanted to continue to look at it!! Perhaps I need a break!!! ha ha
