Double Wammy Health and fire Dept in 1 day ?

I've never had this happen before, not in 10 years in the kitchen have I had 2 inspections in 1 day? Passed with flying colors , but the headache (I Yi Yi).Health dept. said I had the cleanest and most organized Kitchen and surroundings she has seen in a while . That was nice of her Wasn't it.anyone else have this happen?? just curious. <>{ <>{ <>{
