Lightbulb international student to change career

hi everyone im new here in cheftalkcafe. i just need some information.
First, i think i consider myself as a international student eventhough i live here in florida for almost 1 year. my question is, im a graduating student (bachelor science) i didnt grad. coz i move here and now i just wanna change my career, i wanna be a chef w/c i love to do instead which one do you guy preferably to do continue to be a chef with my bachelor science credit or just get a cetificate or those 18 months course (diploma).
secondly, i if i pursue culinary art which one is best apprenticeship or go to cia of j&w get cetificate n do partime job.
lastly do you think there a lot of opportunity for me as a international student. please help me im confuse, dont wanna go to school for so long i wanna have a career! thanks guys.

Welcome to Chef Talk wannabe chef. I can't really help you but I am sure others will be able to give youlots of information. Meanwhile you should check out the Culinary Student Forum, lots of information in there.
