Just decided to sign up to this forum. I love to cook at home when I get a chance and have a general interest in food and its preparation. I am of a Mediterranean background, so food is very central to the culture. I love to have a houseful of people enjoying each other's company and the food that has been prepared. I look forward to interacting with many of you in the various forums.

I'm from goldsboro, but I'll be moving soon. I've really liked the 2.5 yrs I have spent in NC - kinda sad to leave, but the job calls.
