Smile Glad I found this forum!

Hello everyone! I am a stay at home semi-retired Paramedic who is just now starting to enjoy cooking. My husband and I love to cook together and love to try new things. Our trip to Italy really got us loving Italian food and we try to be as true to the way it is cooked over there as possible.
I also make treats and food for my dogs since we had the dog food scare, so I'm always looking for help there. I hope I can get many tips and recipies here and I hope I can, in some way, contribute. Thanks for having me! And lets get to cookin!

Hi garlicgirl!
Nice to meet you.
Im in East Texas so I cant help you there
But you might have better luck moving your post to another area since this is for new people introducing themselves.
Just want you to get the most exposure for your post.
good luck

Welcome, GarlicGirl. You'll need to post a request like that in the Professional Chef's forum where more people will see it.

Good luck!
