Hello everyone!
My name is Loralee. I started a chocolate (candy)
company about 5 years ago in an incubator kitchen,
and now have my own little commercial kitchen in
southern NH for that. I make filled chocolates, truffles,
bars, vegan/celiac chocolates. I'm planning on making my
own chocolate this fall, God willing and the creek don't
rise, in order to really have control over the entire
creative process.

I joined this forum in order to meet/chat with other
food entrepreneurs about their experiences, and to
hopefully increase my focus on work, to make what I
do better!
