 just wanted to say hi to everyone.... Hi, my name is Andrea, and I would really like to look into cooking as a career. Not too sure where to start, so I thought I might be able to receive some advice from others through this forum. A little bit about me, I'm 18 and am a nanny at the moment of 3 children. Its great, but i'm looking for more. I love cooking and would like to look into it, so see if it's something I would like to do. Thanks      |

 Hello Andrea, I'm sure you'll love it here. Even if you didn't love to cook the people are so friendly and decent. As for learning, they have a lot to offer

 Hi Andrea, welcome aboard. you've got a couple of options for looking into a career in cooking, 1) find a job in a restaurant that's willing to teach you the trade. 2) look into the community college. UCC, OUC, VCC, Camosun College and, I believe, Fraser Valley as well all have good programs
